Privacy Policy

Effective July 13, 2026

Overview

VibraLens does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app contains no accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking technology.

Camera

VibraLens uses the camera to detect vibration frequency and location. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not sent to a server.

Photos and recordings

VibraLens requests add-only Photos access when you choose to record. Completed videos are saved to your Photos library, then the app removes its temporary copy. If Photos cannot save a recording, the app retains it locally until you choose Save Elsewhere or Delete Recording from the on-screen video options. A successfully shared fallback is removed from VibraLens. You can revoke Camera or Photos access at any time in iOS Settings, and deleting the app removes any remaining local fallback. VibraLens does not read your existing photo library, upload recordings, or share them without your action.

Local settings

The app stores a small on-device preference indicating whether first-run guidance has been completed. This preference is not transmitted.

Children's privacy

VibraLens does not knowingly collect data from children or any other user.

Policy changes

If VibraLens's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the changed version is released.
